I don't recommend this hangout to anyone. No one at the reception speaks English. The rooms here are rented out to locals on an hourly basis, so don’t be surprised if your pre-paid room upon arrival turns out to have already been rented out to someone else and you will be asked to look for another hotel, or sleep until the morning at the desk at the reception.

A very good hotel with excellent services. Workers are very helpful especially cleaning the room every day. Bed covers were replaced every day during my stay for two months, I will come to the same hotel for two months next year 2024

Very friendly people working there. Did stay there for 6 nights. Room top floor no sound from outside good double bed and nice furniture including television and a watercooker. Location just about the opposite of the old town need to cross the river hotel next to the bridge.

I traveled Vietnam for three weeks, and stayed in several places, but this is the only hotel that gave me a map and their calling card, and told me to call them if ever I encounter any problem while getting around Hanoi. As a female solo traveler, this is such a big deal, knowing there is someone I can ask for help if I need to. All the staff I met during my stay were great and speaks English well. I like the location because it is not in Old Quarter but close enough. I use Grab, the whole time but I think it would be easy to get a taxi as well, because it is along the main road. It is also near a bus stop where you can catch the bus to the airport. This is a budget hotel, so I was not expecting much. But I was surprised when I saw the room. It was very clean, with a large and comfortable bed. There is also a seating area and a closet to hang your clothes. The wifi works really well. They also provides room service, although limited choices. The only negative I think is that the wall is not soundproof, but I guess, that would be common in budget hotels. The free set breakfast was just simple meal, but good enough to start the day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Honestly, at first, I was hesitant to book this hotel, because of the bad reviews here in Tripadvisor, but I am very glad I took the chance. :-)

One of the best price-performances of Hanoi! And Trung is the best Receptionist we met on our 5 month trip! He was very professional, but even personally and friendly. He managed the perfect solution for our trouble with the motorbike, because he knows the right stores in Hanoi. And also took care of our "computer to do's" while we visited the city. Thanks a lot! The Hotel itself was very clean, soft beds (!) and we could sleep really good. They also have a computer in the lobby. Our motorbike was safe, because they close the gate... And the towels were clean and changed every day. The bed was cozy and clean. Thank you!!:))
